It accommodates common cylindrical cells including 18650, 21700, 16650, 26650, 32650, and 14500 formats. A dedicated customer-configured fixture holds the workpiece, while magnetic nickel-strip retention supports stable movement and accurate positioning through the welding cycle.

Built around a high-strength sheet-metal structure and a spacious working area, this unit is designed for demanding production environments. Coordinate accuracy of 1 wire and repeat positioning accuracy of no more than 0.02 mm support dependable pack assembly over extended runs. Continuous start, breakpoint restart, false-weld and missed-weld alarms, and re-welding functions give operators practical control over yield, traceability, and recovery during production.
