  • Advanced Pulse and DCIR Evaluation: Charge and discharge pulses can run in constant-current or constant-power mode, with a minimum pulse width of 500ms. A single pulse step supports 32 different pulses and continuous switching from charge to discharge; custom data-point selection supports DCIR calculation.

  • Long-Duration Cycling Logic: The system supports 1 to 65535 cycles, up to 254 steps in a single cycle, and up to three nested loop levels. This provides the programming depth needed for repeated aging sequences, periodic reference checks, and conditional multi-stage testing.

  • High-Speed, Traceable Data Capture: Recording operates at 10Hz with a minimum 100ms time interval, 10mV voltage interval, and 40mA current interval. Test data are centrally managed through MySQL and can be exported in EXCEL 2003, 2010, or TXT formats.

  • Four-Wire Measurement Connection: Four-wire voltage and current detection sampling reduces the influence of lead resistance in measurement connections. This is particularly valuable when comparing cells at higher currents or reviewing small changes in voltage response.

  • Configurable Safety Protection: Users can define upper and lower voltage limits, upper and lower current limits, capacity limits, and delay time. Auxiliary-channel protection can also be configured around temperature, voltage, and individual-cell voltage difference conditions.

  • Scalable Auxiliary Monitoring: Temperature and voltage auxiliary channels can be specified as required, with up to 248 temperature auxiliary channels and up to 248 voltage auxiliary channels per test channel.
